Wellbeing is a key word that is thrown around as we live in a society that does not seem to be slowing down. As technology continues to evolve at the current rate our work and personal life blur into one. We all face the consistent struggle of balancing our time with our work, family, hobbies the days often seem to last long into the night and vacation and leisure time seem to be consumed with issues other than relaxation and personal fulfilment.

We are told to manage our time, but it is not the time that we have to manage it is the energy that we put into things that we need to manage. The number of hours in a day is fixed, but the quantity and quality of energy available to us is not.
